Our Auxiliary

  There is not enough thanks to be given to this group. On their own time, usually at the oddest of hour, a single phone call made by Apalachin leadership can start this group into action.....can you gather something for everyone here?

  As simple as some coffee and doughnuts for those early mornings or the gathering of cool drinks on hot summer days and even a quick cup of soup during the lunch hour. Amazingly dinner's have even appeared at the station as the crews return from the call. 

  This group of men and woman are spouses of Apalachin membership, past members, neighbor's members and some are just caring individuals from the community. All have chosen to support the Apalachin Fire Department by volunteering their time to provide that little extra bit of care so helpful during extended length incidents. 

   These actions provide that extra boost of energy, the small thank you that keeps us going and the small piece of mind that as we stand back to back protecting our community there is somone behind the scenes making sure we are taking care of ourselves.
