Required acknowledgments I understand that submitting this request does not reserve the room and that the event is not approved until I receive confirmation from the Fire Chief. I have reviewed the Community Room rules and agree to restore and clean the room, remove all materials and rubbish, and secure the entry doors. I understand that Fire Department activities have priority and prohibited activities are not permitted on Fire District property.
